This latest batch I used powdered stevia to sweeten. I think next time I would use a combination as I feel there was a bit of an off flavor with the sweetness. Regardless of the sweetener used, our (non-keto) company really enjoyed this dressing as well!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 2/3 cup Low Carb Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Sweetener (more to taste)
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup diced Onion
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Yield: 2 Tablespoons = 1 Serving
